Results withheld due to Finance dep negligence

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the finance team at Stadio Higher Education. Every interaction I’ve had with the department has been frustrating, and today’s experience has only heightened my concern.

I received multiple notifications stating that my semester results have been withheld due to non-payment, which is incorrect. At the beginning of the semester, I took out a student loan that covered the entire first year of my studies. In fact, the amount that is being cited as "outstanding" is actually owed to me, as the fees for my second semester have not yet been deducted.

Last month, on the day of my final exam, I was contacted by the finance department and informed that they had no record of my payment. I promptly provided proof of payment, and I was assured that the issue had been resolved.

Despite this, my results are still being withheld, and I have been unable to reach anyone for clarification. I have tried calling both the Krugersdorp and Musgrave campuses, but the lines are not working, and my support ticket has yet to be addressed.

I request that this matter be resolved immediately, and that my results be released without further delay.
