REQUIRE A BANK CONFIRMATION LETTER SO THAT FEES CAN BE PAID

It has been extremely difficult getting a hold of your institution telephonically. All I require is a bank confirmation letter as my employer is funding my studies. Please can someone urgently assist? Thank you.
