Request for Review: Refusal to Add Additional Module

I would like to lodge a complaint against Stadio. I requested that they allow me to add one additional module for this semester so that I can complete my qualification now, rather than having to wait until the end of the year to complete only one remaining module.

Unfortunately, my request has been refused, and I do not understand the reason for this decision. I believe this request is reasonable, as completing the additional module this semester would allow me to finish my qualification without unnecessary delay.
