Repeated Mark Capture Errors and Conflicting Explanations from STADIO

I am raising a serious concern regarding repeated administrative errors on my academic record at STADIO and the lack of transparency in how these errors are being handled.

On 20 December 2025, my mark for ECP172 was captured as 27%. This was extremely distressing because it led me to believe that I had failed the module. Based on that result, I app**** and paid for a remark.

It was later discovered that the mark had been captured incorrectly and that my correct final mark was actually 75%. I am grateful that the lecturer noticed the discrepancy because the correction did not come from the administrative system but from the lecturer identifying the mistake. Without that intervention, I would likely still believe that I had failed a module that I had actually passed.

This means that if I had not app**** for a remark and if the lecturer had not noticed the discrepancy, I would have continued believing that I had failed the module due to a mark capture error.

For the entire December period I believed I had failed, which caused significant stress and employment set back as I had already been promised a position provided I had passed all my modules - unfortunately I vould not start at the appointment school since they believed I had failed ECP 172, only to later discover that the result had been recorded incorrectly.

Recently, another discrepancy has occurred with my TP702 (Teaching Practice PGCE 2) mark.

On 4 February 2026, STADIO issued my official academic record reflecting a mark of 88% for TP702, the initial email was to update the ECP172 mark. This was issued as an official academic record by the institution. On the 6 February another academic record was issued with the same mark of 88%, accompanied by the completion letter.

When I initially contacted the institution to query the TP702 mark, I was told that the mark appeared as it did because the exam mark had been captured instead of calculating the combined semester and exam mark.

I have now been told that the difference in marks was due to a “system error during the generation of marks”.

These are two completely different explanations for the same issue.

Another concern is that I had to personally follow up to understand what had happened with my TP702 mark. This raises an important question: if I had not queried the discrepancy, would the institution have communicated the error at all?

Given the previous mark capture error that occurred on my academic record, I find it extremely concerning that another discrepancy has now appeared.

An official academic record reflecting a mark of 88% was issued by the institution. Academic records are official documents that students rely on when applying for employment and presenting their qualifications to employers. If a student presents an official academic record and the institution later changes the marks on that record, it places the student’s credibility and reputation at risk, even though the mistake was not caused by the student. This makes the student a *****ster as it is mostly likely to be assumed that the edited their marks - hence people are being arrested by police at SACE now.

Students should be able to rely on the accuracy and finality of official academic records issued by their institution.

Given the circumstances and the repeated administrative errors that have already occurred on my academic record, I request that the originally issued mark of 88% for TP702 be reinstated, instead of the 86% claim.

It is deeply concerning that incorrect marks have appeared more than once on my academic record and that conflicting explanations are being given regarding how these errors occurred. What is even more concerning is that no formal apology or accountability has been issued for the distress and inconvenience caused by these mistakes nor a formal written letter explaining all these modifications or errors.

I request that STADIO provide a clear explanation regarding these discrepancies and take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the academic records issued to students as well asensure that the mark originally issued for TP702 remains 88%.
