Registration ISSUE_ WORST SERVICE EVER!

The worst service EVER! No ownership! No resolution! On Calls you are told someone will call- No bothers to call! I had 2 modules remaining for PGCE I was told to reapply, which I did. Suddenly I got register for one module- after numerous emails I get registered for the other. And which both disappeared- I call registration they refer me to IT. IT says I got registered and refer me to dysfunction registration- No is taking ownership! I was nominated for ikususa bursary because of the delay of Registration and admission might have lost it- I will make my student number PUBLIC! *** someone must email me and EXPLAIN why I get deregistered and I wasn't informed- Someone must take ownership! Please train the staff at registration to OWN problems not hope they will disappear or go to another consultant. Please contact me via email
