Registration and Study Materials collection

I was assisted by Muntu. My registration went well. Improvement needed when collecting study materials. Queue was or seems to be long because people are standing next to the desk waiting for their study material while they could make way for others to hand in their proof of registration so that the assistant can go and look for them. Maybe there could be a special venue for collection.
