Poor service from Stadio higher education

Good day

I would like to lay complaint im not happy about the service received from Stadio is very poor and frustrating , I app**** RPL on December but im not receiving any feedback I have been sending multiple emails and calls but nothing is helping I also app**** credit application still I'm not receiving any feedback I'm no longer happy about this institution.

Please check my document as I cannot start my studies without feedback, you need to finalize everything so that study loan can pay the right amount, now Manati study Loan cancelled my application because there is no communication and no documents received

Please advise what so hard to just finalize RPL application? What's so hard to finalize credit application? Guys this is unprofessional is the first time I experience this kind of service, I think last option is to deregister from this institution, I'm phoning almost everyday they transfer 1 place to another, the person who hold my application when he answers the call he always says he's waiting for feedback, if you do not provide me with feedback by the end of this week please deregister my application and refund me my registration money.
