Poor service

I have been calling and the lady I spoke to dropped the phone in my ear when I was doing a follow on the email I was suppose to receive with a form to claim back the amount due to me instead of her saying she don't understand what I am saying she just dropped the phone after attempts to get my call answered and holding on the line for more than 10 minutes I called around 11:30am and sadly they don't even identify themselves when picking up the calls all you get is moody and attitude, you can't make out what is being really said its just terrible. The service of STADIO is going down the drain as compared to when I started with them there was a lady Annie that women even when she was in hospital about to do her back surgery she still attended to my query I needed a quotation then in 2018 and she immediately did it and other ladies were friendly and helpful. This team employed now they are so bad I am disappointed.
