Poor service!!
It’s been a two weeks now trying to get my Completion Letter sent to me!!! I need this for employment purposes. I have been sent from pillar to post and they said I have an outstanding balance that I have settled already. I am frustrated and highly disappointed in the unprofessional service I received.
