Poor Management of Online Exam Issues

We recently wrote the TAS152 online exam, but the Invigilator App was not working at all. Students continued with the exam because there was no communication from the institution during or immediately after the session. A few days later, STADIO informed us without any consultation that all students must rewrite the exam.

We are now expected to take an additional day off work to write an exam at 17:00, simply because STADIO failed to ensure that their systems were functioning and did not follow proper due diligence. To this day, there has been no formal explanation for the forced rewrite. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional from the institution.

This is not an isolated incident. The same issue happened during the ISP exam, and again there was zero communication from the institution. The lack of transparency, planning, and accountability is extremely unprofessional and continues to inconvenience working students.
