Poor academic administration & lack of transparency-POL301

I wrote my exam confidently, believing I performed well. However, to date, my marks have not been uploaded onto the student portal. I only received an SMS notification, which is inconsistent with the usual process. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. As students, we pay a lot of money and we deserve fair marking, timely feedback, and clear communication. I requested a remark but have not received proper assistance.
