PGCE distance learning

I Did my PGCE at STADIO in 2025. The communication has been slow and it’s very frustrating. I was passing all my subjects with distinctions through the course of the year and in the last Semester it showed I failed my FIS in one of my modules (an Exam) I asked why and they left a comment about it being a weird submission and they couldn’t access my presentation. But when I download my Exam and go through everything I can access my presentation I even checked on different devices. It’s very discouraging because I worked really hard and that was one of my favourite subjects. I asked for a review and no one came back to me.
