Pathetic service

I’m extremely disappointed with STADIO Higher Education. Their communication, especially for distance learning students, is incredibly poor.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with a module I was not registered for, and it has been over 30 days with no clear assistance or resolution. Despite multiple emails, I am either ignored or given unhelpful responses that don’t address the problem.

It honestly feels like staff are not properly trained or equipped to assist students, which is very concerning for an institution of this nature. There seems to be a lack of accountability and urgency when it comes to student support.

I expected far better from STADIO. At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone considering distance learning.
