Review Title: PATHETIC SERVICE - DO NOT REGISTER AT STADIO

I am writing this to warn anyone thinking of STAY AWAY. I would absolutely NOT recommend Stadio to anyone. Their level of incompetence and negligence is shocking.

It is an absolute disgrace that a simple academic query can go unresolved for more than 20 days. Since 5 January, I have been chasing them for feedback on my TEFS702 remarking and script viewing. I have sent emails, logged tickets, made phone calls, and even physically went to the Musgrave Campus, yet I am being completely ignored.

This institution is quick to take our money but offers zero support when it actually matters. I have paid for services I never received. I am supposed to be graduating, but because of their administrative failure and laziness, I am left in the dark regarding my special exam. It is unprofessional, unfair, and deeply ********* to treat students this way.

The stress and anxiety caused by this silence is unacceptable. This is not how an academic institution should run. You have failed your students.
