Paid in Full, Still No Complete Transcript/Results months after submission (No sense of urgency for critical issues )
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my PGCE results at STADIO Higher Education.
When results were released on 18 December 2025, my module Teaching Practice (TP702) was missing despite the fact that I had submitted all required documentation well before publication. There was nothing outstanding on my side.
After repeated follow-ups, I was informed that an “amendment was in progress” and that lecturers would return on 12 January 2026. I waited patiently and in good faith.
We are now well beyond that date, and my results remain incomplete.
The institution operates using two platforms MyStadio (student portal) and Canvas for learning delivery yet my Semester 2 results are not reflected on either platform. This does not appear to be a simple technical glitch, but rather an administrative issue that has not been prioritised.
To add to the confusion, I have now received an email requesting graduation details, yet I still do not have my full academic transcript because one core module is missing. How can graduation processes proceed when official results are incomplete?
Students enrol to build careers and secure employment. Delays like this rob students of real opportunities. Job vacancies are opening and closing, and I cannot apply confidently without a complete transcript. Teaching Practice is a core module ,it directly impacts qualification completion and employability.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have paid my fees in full — approximately over R40,000. My financial obligations were honoured completely and on time. It is therefore reasonable to expect that academic administration and communication would reflect the same level of urgency and professionalism.
I am also concerned about how this matter will be managed once the new semester is fully underway and new students are being processed. If December results are still unresolved, how will additional administrative pressure improve the situation? It creates the perception that revenue collection is prioritised over service delivery.
To be fair, when you eventually manage to reach the right individuals after countless calls, some staff members are professional and supportive. I had a very positive interaction with Ms Khumo and my lecturer Mr Murugan, who were both professional and reassuring. This indicates that the issue may not be individual incompetence, but rather systemic workflow bottlenecks, poor accountability structures, and weak communication processes.
I could have given a 3 or 4-star review based on certain positive interactions. However, the disappointment and lack of communication at such a critical moment after everything has been fully paid leaves me no choice. At this stage, 1 star will suffice.
Students who have fulfilled all academic requirements and paid in full deserve transparency, accountability, and timely academic processing.
This matter now requires urgent intervention before further professional opportunities are lost.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please allow us some time to investigate this matter before resolution.
