Ongoing Issues with Missing Results and Poor Communication (PGCE)

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from STADIO.

In 2025, I completed my PGCE. However, when I requested my results this year, I was provided with inconsistent explanations, including claims of outstanding documents and missing marks. Despite complying with all the required steps, I was later informed that there were internal issues related to the capturing of teaching practice marks and was advised to wait until after 5 March for resolution.

Unfortunately, upon following up after the indicated date, I was again informed that my marks were still outstanding. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter by contacting lecturers directly, all of whom have confirmed that they submitted the marks on their end.

The communication from the institution has been extremely disappointing. Calls are rarely answered promptly, and emails often go unanswered. There appears to be a lack of accountability, with no clear assistance or resolution being provided. This matter has been ongoing since last year, and it is now affecting my ability to register for my permanent SACE.

I find the level of service to be below acceptable standards and not reflective of the quality one would expect from a higher education institution. I am deeply disappointed and urge the institution to address this matter with the urgency and professionalism it requires.
