Not attending to emails and offering support to students

Yet again, STADIO disappoints when it comes to any form of communication. I having been going back and forth emailing the school for assistance to change qualifications and the people that are supposed to be assisting do not even offer proper explanations to question. Dealing with STADIO is so emotionally exhausting.
