My Qualification, graduation is stuck because of 0 credits module

My life is stuck because of 0 credits module

I am so disappointed, and sad because I can't graduate. Last year I registered with Stadio to do PGCE but the END USER COMPUTING module was not included on my Canvas. Towards the end of the year I received a email stating that I won't graduate if I didn't do this module. I then sent emails to be exempted, but I was told my qualification is too old. I received a diagnostic test for the module but I got 60% for it, of which I was supposed to get 80%.

Today I called to ask if I can still register but I was told the registration is closed. I'm so so sad because this module has 0credits and it was not my fault that it was not included on my canvas.

Apparently this is a first semester course meaning I won't be able to do it next semester. This means I'll only graduate next year for a module with 0 credits
