Module credit and graduation blunder

I'm a student who has just recently completed a qualification in Advanced Teaching. I have met all 120 credits required. However, my status has not been changed to Achieved, so that I can graduate in May, because they did not credit me for the non-credit bearing modules: Computer and African Language, both of which I was told back in 2024 that they were credited when I registered. The said modules were done in my previous qualification. I have been trying for the whole week to get help, having spoken to over 20 consultants WITH NO HELP. I then went to campus to try and have the issue resolved, by furnishing my previois academic record AGAIN, showing the modules. I was told they'd credit and change my status to Achieved and be put on the graduation list, but to date, none of that has happened. My fees are even fully paid up. I need to graduate in May, because I've don't ALL 12 modules. Student number is ***1.
