Lucia was of great help to me. She assisted me with a matter that I had been trying to get help with for weeks. She was efficient and helpful, and it only took her about a day to respond to me, which is something rare at STADIO. She also took the time to call and update me on the matter. I was really surprised to receive such service from her. It feels good to know that there is someone at STADIO who is still willing to assist students efficiently.
