Low standard of education.

I cancelled my studies due to the poor standards. I had to do a language course for Zulu, and they posted YouTube links and old recorded zoom lectures as part of the course study material. I had to email and call several different people, and kept being diverted to different departments. I had to still pay for this ridiculous course. When I did eventually mange to get a written response on this matter, I was told that it would be escalated to the registrar of the institution and I would be contacted shortly. This was several months ago now and I have not heard a word from them after I had to fork out the money to pay for this low quality of education.
