letter of completion

STADIO tell me why am struggling to get my completion letter,you don’t answer the phone, u told me about the exemption that I did on October, I submitted my things around October, am not happy with your service, if I remember am not owing, I paid you more than 40k but your service

Rynard de Lange is the person who advised me to submit my Grade 12 results after I had already sent the exemption form, which I did. I later received an email confirming that my exemption was approved. However, when I received my academic record, it showed nothing.

I have tried calling several times because I did not receive a letter of completion, but I did not get any assistance. I app**** again, but unfortunately the service I have received has been very disappointing. I call STADIO almost every day, yet I still receive no help. I was then told to submit my Grade 12 results again, which I did two weeks ago, but nothing has happened since. I am now struggling to get assistance despite the fact that I have paid a significant amount of money. I am requesting clear guidance and urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
