Lack of Fee Clarity Despite Willingness to Pay Upfront

I have been requesting feedback from STADIO since the 3rd of December 2025 as I intended to pay upfront for my remaining modules. In order to do so, I needed clear confirmation of what was outstanding and the correct fee information.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive the necessary clarity. Instead, I was later contacted by the Finance Department regarding an outstanding payment, which is frustrating given that my earlier communication was specifically aimed at settling the account upfront.

There appears to be poor coordination between departments, resulting in payment being pursued without providing the required information first. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

I am requesting clear feedback on my outstanding balance and proper communication so that the account can be resolved.
