Lack of communication regarding diagnostic test

On the 27th of October 2025 I sent an email to the institution requesting to write a diagnostic test for their Conversational module after being falsely advised not to take the module . Mind you this led to me not being able to graduate and finish my PGCE in time . I sent a follow up email in November regarding the test and still I got no response. I called multiple times and got transferred from agent to agent until they just hung up . Now in March I still continue to make follow ups and no one is communicating as to when I will write /do the test . I was just told to wait for a call . It’s been a whole week now waiting for the call . Mind you this is the test that’s standing in the way of me completing my PGCE . I am so disappointed and my patience is running thin , I’ve been calling and no one seems to be assisting or knowing what is going on
