Lack of Assistance Required: Discrepancy in Final PGCE Results

I hope you are well.

I am reaching out because I have not received a response from STADIO regarding discrepancies in my final PGCE results.

TP702 shows that I “did not write,” even though all required documentation was submitted. I can see a final mark on Canvas, which indicates the submission was received.

TEHS shows a fail. This module required a video submission, but my computer crashed at the time. I tried contacting the university for guidance but received no response.

As this is my final year in the PGCE programme, I am very concerned and would like to resolve these issues as soon as possible. I am happy to provide proof of submission or any required documentation.

I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter so it can be addressed.
