Incorrect billing and continuous ignoring of way forward

I am student at Stadio doing PGCE SP/FET and in my finalization stage. I was told in March that i have a supplementary exam and my fees were R15k+ I paid R17k and asked the consultant to include the supplementary exam as i was confused as to what to write on the registration form. The consultant agreed and continued registering me for semester1(2026). I continuously called to ask as to when is the supplementary exam taking place as it was not written on the confirmation of registration document and my last call I was told some modules are only written during the period in which i registered for meaning semester2(2026) since i did ETP172 during semester 2(2025). Upon completing semester 1(2026) i called to enquire again as to if i have any additional supps due and the consultant said i have TEMS701 and when i paid i told them to include the previous supp and the TEMS701 supp for this semester and paid R10k. I have discovered that I have actually passed TEMS701 and when i requested to see academic record i discovered that actually they adfed ETP172 as a full semester module not a supp that i paid and called numerous times nothing tangible is coming out of the institution calls are being transferred continuously from one department to the next.

Horrible institution I regret ever choosing it
