Incomplete academic record

If I could I would rate STADIO -5. I am extremely disappointed by their service I was studying with them in 2025 (PGCE) I was exempted from End- used and I took a isizulu diagnostic test however when I received my academic record isizulu was not included it has been 3 weeks of me calling, emailing and following up yet my academic record is still not updated/ fixed. They know very well one needs it for their SACE application plus they made the error not me. I NEED A UPDATED ACADEMIC RECORD ASAP you are delaying my job application process. It's frustrating that one is sent pillar to post about this.
