Ignored emails graduation invitation

My emails are being ignored and I am being sent in all directions. I call daily to ask about my graduation invitation and I always being told that they’ll send it yet that hasn’t been done. This is infuriating as I don’t owe the institution at all , I’ve paid my fees and completed my qualification. I am being made to feel like I have to beg Stadio. This is unacceptable especially coming from a private institution. Will I now miss my graduation because of your incompetence? I need answers immediately.
