I have requested an academic record with school stamp, I have received the academic record with stamp but the marks are removed.

Please help a confused and frustrated student, I got a call from a certain lady on Monday I forgot her name, she told me that regarding the EUC diagnostic test they are not yet issuing special test or exam invitations but will be taking place around February, she also said that she’s still going to gather information regarding that she will call me the following day which was supposed to be on Tuesday till today she didn’t call I’m still waiting for her call, regarding the academic record with school stamp, I did received the academic record with school stamp but the marks for second semester where removed, what I’m I going to do with the academic record which doesn’t have marks just because I have asked for school stamp, they are giving me the stamp which I have requested but what kind of a game are this people playing, we are talking about someone’s future here but you guys just decided to play hide and seek with it, I don’t want to mention the money we pay, you know very well that there’s nothing someone can do with academic record which doesn’t have marks and for God sake I’m using a particular student loan which I don’t want to name it, this institution it’s really depressing and stressing at the same time.
