I had an issue with my study guides that haven’t arrived yet so I followed it up. I was put into contact with Lucia in Dispatch and I can honestly say that I’ve had the best experience. She was always there and willing to help, phoning when I asked (because let’s be honest - you never speak to the same person when you phone again) and she assisted me through this process. She deserves more than just 5 stars! I received my study guides and I cannot wait for this semester to start!
