I am beyond ****ed

I am beyond ****ed. I have completed all assignments, tests, and exams for Fundamentals of Business Studies (FBC152) and Project Management, yet I still don’t have a proper breakdown of my marks. I was forced to repeat FBC152 because of wrong info sent to me, which has put my academic bursary in serious danger. I was told to email Keitumetsem, and this asshole never even got back to me. On top of that, I keep being told I need to pay for **** I don’t need to pay for. I am not asking for a remark, I just want my damn marks clearly explained—assignments, tests, and exams for both subjects. I am also not doing a supplementary exam until I get transparency about my results. If this isn’t sorted immediately, I want the Head of Department’s contact info so I can escalate properly.
