Feedback on Service Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I submitted an information request in December and was notified that I would receive feedback within 72 hours. Despite multiple follow-ups, including dealing with Lerato Mabokatshaba, I have not received any response.

The process has been tedious, demotivating, and unprofessional. I expected timely communication and accountability, but the lack of follow-through has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented to ensure no one else experiences similar delays. I am still waiting for the requested information and would appreciate prompt resolution.
