Extremely Poor Communication and Zero Support from STADIO

I am beyond frustrated with the shocking lack of communication and support from STADIO. Every time I try to get assistance, I’m transferred from one person to another because no one seems to know what they’re doing. I’ve sent multiple emails, made numerous calls, and even when I’m told someone will call me back, it never happens.

This complete lack of accountability has caused serious delays for me as a student. I’ve missed deadlines and struggled to complete tasks simply because I can’t get the information or guidance I need in time. It feels impossible to get proper help, and the level of disorganization is unacceptable for a higher education institution.

I’m really disappointed and expected far better service, communication, and professionalism from STADIO. I hope this review prompts them to actually address these ongoing issues and start prioritizing their students instead of leaving us to struggle on our own.

Reviewer Update
After trying to get help from STADIO, calling, emailing, and being passed around from one department to another, I finally received a response, only for them to tell me in short “We can’t help you with your request.” Something they easily could have told me last week when I first asked for assistance.
That was the final confirmation of everything I’ve been saying: the communication at STADIO is absolutely shocking, and the level of support for students is non-existent. No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and no one seems to have any idea how to actually assist when you have a genuine academic or administrative query.
It’s completely unacceptable for a higher education institution to treat students this way. I would not recommend STADIO to anyone. If you’re looking for a university that values communication, efficiency, and student support, this is unfortunately not it.
