Its always a struggle to get through to registrations. Botshelo and Lerato don't respond to emails, neither do they answer calls. You request something they send you something else. The registration process is just a nightmare. However, If you call and Siyabonga Magagula picks up your phone, just know he will do his best to assist. He went above and beyond to help with me with all the information I required and all the help I needed for registration, he even tried to get Lerato and Botshelo to attend to my request even though they sent me wrong information still.
