Disappointed student

I am so disappointed with this instution. I called them in the 21st of April requesting them to upload my assignment before due date I found out yesterday that they didn't upload my assignment. They don't respond to the emails. I tried to reach out the IT department, they don't really give a damn they never respond their emails. Now am so damn stressed. I've never dealt with an institution that treat students like this.
