Confusion at its maximum

I honestly dont know what else to say or do. This institution has been the most difficult place to get clarity or support. If this is how they treat students when it comes to registration, I can only imagine what it will be like when the academic semester starts.

This is my second review now in the last 2 months because its seems like the only way I can get support is if I make a fuss. I have just finished my orientation and the team running the orientation dont even answer the question adequately there. Either its because the systems created by Stadio are so complex and all over the place that people dont know whats happening or there is just a lack of care.

I have been struggling for months to get clarity on how to adequately register. I have phoned and spoken to advisors and now after going through orientation, apparently my advisors were incorrect! Now I haven't registered for Modules that are apparently compulsory but they have allowed my registration to go through? How does that even make any sense.

When I try and find support I either get completely ghosted by the institution or the person doesn't know exactly how to help me.

I just want to make sure I am registered correctly. The semester starts this week and I am beyond stressed because no one knows what they are doing at this place. For R60000 for a course this is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing.
