Concern Regarding Registration and Pending Invoice

To whom it may concern.

I am becoming increasingly concerned that I may miss the deadlines to begin my studies with Stadio. I continue to receive notifications requesting documents that I have already submitted, which has been quite frustrating.

My main concern, however, is that I have repeatedly requested an invoice so that my employer can settle the annual fees, but I have not yet received it. I have been in contact with Lerato, but unfortunately I have not received any feedback from her.

I have been engaged in this process for almost a month and I am still not registered. If your team is currently over capacity, I would appreciate honest communication so that I can make alternative arrangements if necessary. It is very stressful to feel left in the dark during such an important process.

I would sincerely appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
