Completion letter and results

Stadio does not understand urgency Imagine I have been sending emails and calling them since December asking for my completion letter and stamped results but nothing. They keep referring me to different departments . I have literally emailed and called three departments . Can I just get my things because I do not even owe fees ***. I even have a credit of R610 and finance said they referred the matter to relevant department but still no completion letter. Why so much delay? Can this institution work on their administration and have a sense of urgency. This is ridiculous and annoying
