Bad experience , no completion letter

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from STADIO, which has placed my graduation and future prospects at serious risk through no fault of my own.

I have successfully completed my qualification on time and fully paid all fees well before the examination period. Despite this, I am unable to obtain a Letter of Completion, which is critical for my graduation and further opportunities in the job market .

Whenever I contact STADIO for assistance, I am passed from one department to another without resolution, as if I am being treated like a ball. No one takes ownership of the issue, and no concrete assistance is provided.

Furthermore, I app**** for language and computer accreditation, yet only the computer module appears on my academic record. This is unacceptable, as I have already passed Home Language at high school level, and this should have been correctly reflected and recognised.

To make matters worse, the academic record issued by STADIO does not contain an institutional stamp, rendering it questionable and problematic for official use. This administrative failure has now resulted in my hope for graduation being at risk, despite having met all academic and financial requirements.

I find this situation extremely unfair, distressing, and professionally damaging. I upheld my responsibilities as a student by completing the qualification within the required timeframe and settling all payments as expected. STADIO has failed to uphold its responsibility by not providing accurate records, proper accreditation, and essential completion documentation time and fully paid on time way before the exams .
