Bad communication+ Outstanding Correct Academic Record+Statement of results.

Very poor communication

I have been struggling since January to receive my correct statement of results and academic record. Worse part I sent a reregistration form to one of the consultants I spoke to and I paid the reregistration fee but still NO communication. When I call I get placed from one department to another or the phone just rings.

Not only is this bad communication causing anxiety for the future it is also depriving me from applying to jobs which means I am now jobless and mentally exhausted. It honestly seems like the institution only cares about financial gain and do not care to assist at all. It honestly makes it so much worse that I need to stay here in order to complete my degree.
