Bad administration and lack of support

I’m highly disappointed and actually regretful where the Stadio Krugersdorp branch is concerned. I have been having such an unpleasant experience dealing with Stadio. I’m one of the people who did not receive their results on the 18th of December 2025 due to owing a large sum on my program’s fees. I feel that is incorrect and unjustified as the finance department didn’t take into account a period when my studies were deferred (July 2024-July2025). As per the approved period of deferred (July2024-July2025), I returned to Stadio in July 2025 to commence with my studies and Ms Ipeleng Letsholo (Registration Dept) assisted me with registration. However, it seems like the finance department is unaware of the deferred period, hence they included the period when my studies were deferred. This has made me to owe a huge amount and I have been in communication with the finance department since the 19th of December 2025 and I have received little to no assistance from the finance department. The last communication I had with them (Finance) was last week Friday, where they told me that they are not aware of my deferment situation and I should probably speak to the registration department as they would be the ones to assist me better. I spoke to Dineo from the registration department and she referred to her colleague Lizzy Maluleka who didn’t assist me when I sent an email. I have sent numerous emails and till now, I haven’t gotten any substantial feedback. I don’t know what to do anymore, my results have been withheld due to a lack of interconnectedness in their departments/systems because how is finance not updated that a student was deferred for some period and why should I have to prove that as a student when that information is readily accessible on the Stadio system. I hope to hear from you soonest with a resolution regarding my situation.
