*********** and frustrating

This is beyond frustrating. We may miss our son's graduation because of the sheer incompetence of Stadio's staff. My son completed all the requirements to obtain his BA law degree. But they have suddenly decreased the value of certain modules in the midst of his degree, leaving him 10 credits short and making it impossible for him.to complete a 3 year degree in years. We sometimes get told that he's on the graduation list when we call, then we get an email inviting him to write a supplementary exam on a module that he's already passed, then he gets invited to complete a module in an entirely different qualification for the extra credit. This is beyond frustrating. If we miss his graduation because of Stadio's *********** admin department, we will consider legal action and suing for damages. As parents, we have a right to see our son graduate after all the money we spent and effort that we put in. The call centre numbers don't work, they drop the call on you and when you are lucky enough to get an answer, they cannot give concrete answers. Emails don't get responded to on the issue we raised, instead we get an invite to a supplementary exam on a completed module, an invite to write an exam in a different course, or something else equally frustrating. How do we address this with a competent person. Is this a money making scheme? Because imagine how much it would generate to make thousands of desperate young people enrol for exams, supplementary exams or modules that they don't need just to obtain that qualification that they have already technically earned!
