Advanced Diploma TVET
1. Poor administration and delayed updates caused unnecessary stress and confusion. 2. Ongoing administrative issues and poor communication affected my experience negatively. 3. Module credits were not updated correctly and communication was poor. 4. Administrative delays and system errors created avoidable frustration and uncer*****y.

I have successfully completed all required modules, including those exempted through RPL, yet these exemptions are not reflected on my final results or statement. Instead, I am incorrectly shown as owing fees. This administrative failure is delaying my completion letter, which I urgently require. I should not be penalised for institutional errors. This matter must be corrected immediately without any additional charges.
