Accreditation of module EUC computer practice

I was not accredited 1 of my subject that I completed with previous university they say I did it more than 10 years back, it doesn't sit me well as why are they approving us to study with them with our grade 12 that completed so many years back and even with the qualifications that was completed years back but they don't want to accredit the same subject
