10+ Follow-Ups and Still No Resolution

I app**** for a Computer exemption in July and again in October and have followed up more than 10 times with no resolution. I do not owe the institution any outstanding fees, yet this exemption is delaying the completion of my qualification and the issuing of my letter of completion.

I have contacted STADIO repeatedly via phone calls, Q Desk, and emails, but I have received no meaningful response or assistance. I even reapp**** in October, yet the service remains extremely disappointing. I call almost daily and still receive no feedback or solution.

I have resubmitted my documents and application multiple times, all without success.

This unresolved exemption is directly preventing me from receiving my letter of completion. I am requesting clear guidance, accountability, and urgent assistance to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
