Sneakers that I haven’t received

Good day

I purchased sneakers with them on the 5th of August and they sent me order number and till today I haven’t received my order. And when I follow up with them they keep on saying they will check with the delivery guy and get back to me. And now they are no longer responding to my messages.

Mind you they said their delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. So I don’t know if I was ****med or what.
