Lecturer Review – AHLF200: Kurt Rabie

Good day,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to my AHLF200 lecturer, **Mr. Kurt Rabie**, for his outstanding assistance and support during a difficult situation I experienced while trying to upload my assignment.

Mr. Rabie assisted me promptly and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to submit the correct assignment on time. If it were not for his dedication and support, I may not have been able to resolve the issue and submit my assignment successfully.

Although my experience with Q-Desk was unfortunately difficult and the response I received was not as helpful as I had hoped, Mr. Rabie remained professional, supportive and committed to helping me. He continued assisting me even late at night and took the matter further on my behalf to the relevant parties, including MC, in an effort to resolve the issue. He truly tried his utmost best to ensure that the problem was sorted out.

I would like to thank Mr. Rabie for his exceptional commitment, professionalism and willingness to assist me during a very stressful time. His communication and dedication made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate the effort he put into helping me.
