Stable Inn - Very Bad Experience

We attended a wedding 25/26 July 2025. We stayed in the A-Block for 2 nights. The aircons was not working, some TV's and kettles also did not work. We did not have hot water for the whole weekend. We reported the issue Saturday morning, and it was said the issue was sorted. Because there was only cold water the Bride could not even shower or bath, before her make-up and hair sessions. Some of our family members stayed in the "Economy Block" and in the H-Block. Most of the guests had a very cold night or could not wash, they could not even make coffee/tea, as the most of the kettles was not working. Sunday morning, to everyone's surprise, the reception area was closed. The poor Bride and Groom was very embarrassed and did not know what to say the Sunday morning as everyone complained to them. This was a family get-together for all the family members and friends, who has not seen each other for a long time. Unfortunately this bad experience will not be forgotten. The rooms are very over priced and as a 3-star establishment, anyone would have expected a much better experience than what over 60 guests had experienced in one weekend. Wedding Venues and Guest Houses cannot get away with something like this, as they are graded and a establishment like Stable Inn should adhere to the rules and regulations of the grading council. I hope this will be investigated.
