Horrible service

Horrible service. My granmother passed away in mid 2021. Estate is still not sorted out. Completely silent. I send a e-mail in February 2023 and it was only read yesterday..... When you call, the call falls on deaf ears. No information from their side, no updates.... nothing. No client service. They might as well not exist and my gran's estate is haning in the air somewhere, while they are probably getting money from it
