Disgraceful service

Shocking! The service, or lack thereof, has made the loss of a loved one so much more painful. The disorganisation practiced by this firm, leaves me astounded that they are still in business! Mr Attie Smit is rude, uncompassionate and down right unprofessional. Strongly do NOT recommend using them.
